Wind loading on high-rise balconies, and what it changes
A fixing pattern that is perfectly adequate on the third floor can be marginal on the twentieth. Here is the reason.

The governing load changes with height
At low level, the load a balcony barrier is designed around is impact: somebody leaning, falling or pushing against it. Higher up, wind pressure becomes the dominant and more or less continuous load, and it acts on the whole area of the installation rather than at a point. A net in particular starts behaving like a sail, so its area and not the weight of anything caught in it sets the anchor spacing.
This is why the same balcony geometry needs a different fixing pattern at different heights. It is not a matter of making the cable stronger, because the cable is rarely what fails. It is a matter of getting the load into the structure at enough points.
What we change on upper floors
Fixing density goes up, anchors are set further back from slab and parapet edges because an anchor near an edge will spall the concrete and lose most of its capacity, and net panels are kept smaller so that a single failure cannot open a large gap. On netting we specify turnbuckles positioned so the panel can be re-tensioned from inside, since working on the outside face of a high balcony to take up slack is not a reasonable annual task.
Parapet substrate matters more here too. Many parapets are thinner and of poorer quality than the slab, so we check them before choosing a method rather than assuming the detail that worked on a lower floor will transfer.

The practical consequences for scheduling
Height also changes logistics, which is worth planning for. Material has to travel by service lift, so frames are fabricated in sections short enough to fit, and most housing societies restrict both the hours in which drilling may happen and the times the lift may be used for materials. In cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad this is routinely the longest lead item on the job.
Our advice is to start the approval conversation with your association before accepting any quotation. The installation itself might take a day; approval frequently takes considerably longer, and it is the part nobody can accelerate on the morning of the work.

Yes, because above roughly the tenth floor wind pressure rather than impact governs the design. We increase the number of fixings, set anchors further back from slab edges to avoid spalling, and keep net panels smaller so no single failure can open a large gap. Material handling also has to be arranged through the service lift.
